Host and Co-Creator

Dawn Burns (Host and Co-Creator) born in Annapolis, MD and raised in South Bend. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of San Francisco, and lived in California for nearly 25 years. She is a mom, educator, musician, radio podcast host and writer. Dawn has written for the Harlem, NY blog Harlem Trends. She resides in the South Bend area.

Karl Smith

Creator / Producer

Karl Smith (Creator/Producer) Born and raised in South Bend, has been active in music working as a professional musician performing, recording
and producing in Chicago, Detroit and Quebec. Karl is a graduate of IUSB. Karl is also host and producer of the program J:Cubed Jazz to the 3rd Power:Cool, Smooth and Hot!™, which airs weekly on 88.1 FM WVPE and recently produced of the WVPE podcast Elmer Street: The Northside.
